The Brigadeiro is a simple but delicious chocolate dessert that is very similar to chocolate truffles. Originally from Brazil, was created by Heloisa Nabuco in 1945 and named after the brazillian hero, Brigadeiro Eduardo Gomes.

Was made from condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder.

After this sweet boom, many recipes came with the years and was possible to modified this product to attend everyone's special needs.
